How Long Does Payment Take?
You will be paid within the same day that we receive your device. Payments are sent at the end of each day and usually arrive instantly (depending on your bank). If your device does not match the description submitted we will contact you with an updated quote or a rejection notice. Please ensure you describe your device honestly and correctly to avoid any delay.
What Happens If The Price Changes?
The price offered to you at the time of your sale submission is locked-in, even if our site has a price update after your submission. If we receive a different device to your submission or your device does not match your description, a new quote will be sent to you to match the device we have received.
My Payment Details Are Wrong. How Do I Change Them?
If your payment details are incorrect, you must tell us immediately. Due to the fast 1-Day turnaround, your payment will be processed on the very next working day so it is vital that your payment details are correct upon completing your form.
If your payment details are incorrect and we are not informed, the full amount will be sent to the payment details that were provided, we will not be liable to reimburse the transaction and we are unable to cancel the payment.
If the payment is sent to the wrong details and we were not made aware of the error, we will not be able to send another payment to the second set of details
Grading Criteria Explained
Pristine
Almost perfect condition device with no signs of use when held at arm's length from the eye. The device may have up to 3 blemishes such as a hairline scratch.
Excellent
A good condition device with minor signs of use from normal wear and tear. This might be a slight mark or blemish that prevents it from being put as Renewed or Pristine.
Good
Standard condition device that may have dents or scratches to the rear of the case and screen from everyday use. No cracks or heavy damage.
Are the iPhones on Your Websites Tested Properly?
All of the devices on our website are thoroughly tested by our in house technicians to ensure they in full working order. Each handset is tested, checked, cleaned and then graded according to their condition before being listed for sale on the 247Mobileshop website.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
